I need to downgrade atmosphere or the Switch-OC-Suite to work ? Releases tab is unclear.

wdym? you use release version that is same as your AMS version. so for example if you are on AMS 1.5.3, latest release 1.5.3. if you are on AMS 1.5.2, use release that says 1.5.2
