CPU Frequency Governor: Reduce CPU frequency oscillation when some core is busy
Fixes for charging
- Drop charging current to 500mA or lower if battery temperature ≥ 45˚C.
- Let OS handle charging if charging limit is unset (100%). It will not disable charging straight away when 100% is reached.
Fix misc_gui overlay

I don't like the idea of arbitrary control, unless there is data that proves it must be done. so I'll leave it as it is. but i guess some will not like charging limit set to 2A by default, so letting os handle charging by default could be a viable option. maybe add toggle for that? I was already thinking of seperating infonx from misc gui, so could do. Thanks for the PR
