This PR:

Replaces CHANGELOG.md with the existing hanami-view change history
Renames CHANGELOG.old.md to CHANGELOG.dry-view.md to make its purpose clearer
Adds a new entry to CHANGELOG.md for an upcoming 2.0.0.alpha1 release with a short message about the gem being replaced by a renamed dry-view
