[#2] Deploy to Firebase Hosting on merge Fail #2

firebase cli 세팅할 때 github main에 merge되면 deploy되도록 설정해놨는데 실패한다.

.github/workflows 파일 설정에 npm install, npm run build step이 빠져있었음. 추가 후 정상 작동!
