Wrong error thrown when multiple prefixes are present in command. #10

how to replicate:

add-s n/test c/91245348 e/test@gmail.com a/home c/44

should throw error message saying that there should not be multiple prefixes, instead of saying that mobile phones should be > 3 digits.
