Able to add two suppliers with the same phone number

It should be unlikely that two suppliers have the same number - not sure who to call.

How to replicate: add-s n/Test p/92492021 e/test@gmail.com a/Home

Should throw error that phone number already used.

Team's Response

This feature is directly inherited from AB3 as shown below. We did not change this feature beacuse some franchises may want the same point of contact. For example, different branches of NTUC would want and will only give a number for central contact. Hence this is acceptance behaviour.
