uniq_index_prefix 参数，大小写识别有问题 #563

描述设置参数uniq_indexprefix=“UNIQ” 报错唯一索引 'UNIQBO**' 需要指定'UNIQ'前缀.

设置参数uniq_index_prefix=“uniq__” 不报错但是不检测为大写写 unique key UNIQ_BO**** (aaaa)

重现模拟重现的步骤

环境

数据库: [mysql]
版本: [8.0]
