Audirvana crashes when adding multiple albums to playlist

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add up to 25 albums to playlist in a single selection and the player remains 
stable
2. add 26 albums to playlist in a single selection and the player crashes
3. add 25 albums in one selection player ok, add a further selection of albums 
to existing playlist and player remains stable you can continue to add 
selections of albums and the player remains stable, however adding too many at 
once causes the player to crash, increasing the memory allocation doesn't seem 
to affect the behaviour.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? - 0.7.1

Great player, keep up the good work.
PS any plans for a shuffle option when playing?

Rootcause was file descriptors release being delayed,thus unable to open new 
files after loading a certain number.
In addition, there was a missing issue tolerance in the FLAC loader.
Fixed in svn #87.
Will  be in 0.7.2
