From AWS SDK for JavaScript v2 README:

We are formalizing our plans to make the Maintenance Announcement (Phase 2) for AWS SDK for JavaScript v2 in 2023.

This PR migrates AWS SDK for JavaScript v2 APIs to v3 using aws-sdk-js-codemod.

$ npx aws-sdk-js-codemod@0.27.4 -t v2-to-v3 tasks/**/*.js

Generally we like to see pull requests that

[x] Please don't start pull requests for security issues. Instead, file a report at https://www.npmjs.com/advisories/report?package=handlebars
[x] Maintain the existing code style
[x] Are focused on a single change (i.e. avoid large refactoring or style adjustments in untouched code if not the primary goal of the pull request)

AWS SDK for JavaScript v2 will enter maintenance mode on September 8, 2024 and reach end-of-support on September 8, 2025.
