Improvements over the old icons:
When rendered at 100% display scaling on a normal 96ppi resolution display (where Windows renders tray icons and titlebar icons at 16x16 pixels), these new ones don't have the two rightmost bars merging with each other. The bars have now been proportionally resized and appropriately spaced from each other, such that rendering at 64x64, 32x32, or 16x16 should now support pixel-perfect proportional scaling, with the bars not touching each other. Furthermore, the background for each of them is now transparent for consistency.
