Small improvements to Claim instructions #12

  1. Add libunbound-dev to the list of packages to install on Debian / Ubuntu, needed for me at least to successfully npm install node-gyp.
  2. Remove specific version numbers from cd commands as they're out of date / won't match what people are downloading.
  3. Clarify how to check if your key is in the airdrop and add the missing --bare option.
