1.0.8 broke SIP - Githubissues

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Upgrade from 1.0.7 to 1.0.8.
2.Try to register over wifi
3.Registration times out although the remote side responds with "SIP OK"
4.Downgrade to 1.0.7.
5.Everything works fine again.
6.Rinse. Repeat.  (Repeated upgrade/downgrade cycle twice to be sure it's
not a network problem).

Note that over wifi it doesn't work at all but over UMTS it registers
successfully.  However, when trying to place a call, SIP times out on UMTS
as well.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: SIP working, like it did in 1.0.7.
Instead: SIP times out.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.8 on Cyanogen 4.0.2.
