Incoming Calls still not working right #147

First off I am sorry if this is a duplicate. The fixes that were
mentioned have NOT solved the issue below is the issue.

I am on an internal VOIP server ( trixbox )
Within 2 or 3 seconds of launching the app I am able to get a call inbound
into my G1 Android phone. If I wait longer than 5 seconds then I CANNOT
make a call into my phone.
When I do get a call into my G1 phone I can answer it but when I hang up I
cannot get a second call to come in unless I exit out of the app first and
then relaunch and then call my phone with in that first 2 or 3 seconds.

I have a valid ext on our Voip Server it does register with the server I
can make outbound voip calls to anyone as many times as I like but only one
call will come into my G1 and no other until I exit and restart.

Can someone please help me

Version of software Sipdroid 1.1.1
I am using a Mod Cyanogen Mod 4.0.4
Build number Crc1.
I have root access to my phone.

This must be related to your wireless router UDP timeout settings. There is no
timeout
in Sipdroid that is 5 seconds!

ok I can see that as a possible issue but I am wondering if that were true
would that
not also stop the outbound calls as well. I can make outbound calls all day
long
with no issues it is only the inbound I am having issues with.

Do you have the option qualify enabled for your sipdroid extension in Trixbox ?

If so, try to disable it and see/tell us if it works.

Thanks for the feedback.
I have the same issue, so this confirms what I was thinking.

@pmerle71

sipdroid should work with this "qualify" setting enabled.
All my phones have always been working fine with it (Snom 320, Polycom 330,
Polycom
550, Nokia E71, Siemens C470IP, Analog phone on ATA).

Count me in if you want me to test something to resolve this issue.

I think this is related to Sipdroid not updating the VIA and Contact fields
with the
recieved and rport values returned by the provider. I noticed this in testing
with my
asterisk server. Ekiga and Windows Mobile 6, register fine.
