Can not follow Auto Answer Switch board Prompts ie pess this number for services #160

I am unsure if this is a bug with Siproid or VOIP in general 

but I was unable to follow prompts to input numbers back to the system that
was called 

ie press  bla bla account number and # to end 

I am sure my VOIP phone allowed this .. but it might have automatically
switched over to a PSTN line when I called them
