Release numbers... #182

I just want to notice that it is not necessary to increase the release
number for each bugfix of previous version. It would be much better to add
one more number behind the release number. For example:

New release: 1.1.4
First bugfix for 1.1.4: 1.1.4.1
Second bugfix for 1.1.4: 1.1.4.2

If you don't want to add next number, you could also call it bugfix for 1.1
instead of bugfix for 1.1.4.

Release usually means that there was added some new feature.
