Registering timeout feature request. #188

Can you please add user settings for registering timeout. It looks like
Sipdroid default is at 20 or 30 seconds. Some SIP servers take long time to
register and often registration fails because of it.

or at least please add sound in addition to the red light,
so it will be possible to trace moment when connection was 
timed out and to re-connect manually.

due to this each time when I take the lift(elevator) in any building there 
is no connection during these 20-30 seconds and each time it's 
necessary to re-connect Sipdroid manually when I come out from it.
