Strange problem with Volume

I have problems with My Volume settings using Sipdroid. The problem is Volume 
of Ringer and media automatically becomes mute. Is that happening to 
just me or with other people too?

Everytime I make a call I have to adjust volume settings. Please help me 
fix this.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
I cant use Pbxes as the call does not connect. Everything is fine and the 
account is set up with Pbxes using Gizmo5 seettings but I dont get a call 
when I put Pbxes details instead of Gizmo details directly in Sipdroid

Please provide any additional information below.

Yes. Same problem on my HTC MyTouch3G over WiFi, 3G. Everytime I have to adjust 
the 
volume. Otherwise without looking at the phone screen I cannot tell if the call 
is 
connected.
