sipdroid ringing when in the middle of cellular call and vice versa

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Either receive or initiate regular cellular call
2.When in the middle of this call someone rings us up via sip number,
sipdroid starts ringing straight to my ear (luckily it is using front
speaker but still it's very annoying hearing the ringtone during other
call). Same is happening the other way around - when someone rings me up on
cellular number when i'm in the middle of sip call. This time is even worse
as the phone rings using the back speaker.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Can the SIP caller see that the number is busy ?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.8 beta on CyanogenMod 4.2.4

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
I am using PBXes.

Please provide any additional information below.

I saw this issue was merged, but I'm not sure it's exactly the same issue.  In 
any case, SIP calls ringing loudly while on a call and not being able to stop 
the ringing(another bug) is quite an issue.  It makes it impossible to continue 
to speak with the person you are on the phone with when the phone continues to 
ring at full volume(ringtone and all).
