Hi there,
download and install the latest build, it has a temporary patch that enables
vibration when you receive calls.

This is also an issue for me. I am using the latest software on a Motorola
Droid with the 2.1 update.
When I receive incoming calls, sipdroid will ring for about one-half of a
second, but then it goes silent -- no
ringtone or vibration. I still have the option to answer the call, but there
is no way to know I am even
receiving the call unless I hear that initial split-second ring or I am
watching the phone's screen.
A similar and related issue is the amount of time I am given to answer the call
-- i.e. the amount of time the
phone rings -- is and always has been very short, or at least much shorter than
when getting calls through
something besides sipdroid. Is there a way to change the max number of times
the phone rings before it
forwards the call to voicemail? When the above problem occurs, even if I
notice someone is calling I never
have enough time to answer the call.
