Issues with arm trajectory execution #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When using onboard interpolation and move_arm trajectory commands, arm 
occasionally 'freaks out' and overshoots the goal violently.
2. When using onboard interpolation and move_arm trajectory commands, the 
trajectories are executed correctly and smoothly, but the joint positions 
reported from the arbotix are incorrect during the move.
3. When using offboard interpolation and move_arm trajectory commands, the 
timing on individual steps of the commands is wrong, and will often execute two 
commands at once.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Head of trunk of arbotix and simple_arms stacks (rev 475).

r479 should fix the offboard interpolation issue. Still working on the others.

Tagging this fixed as a number of updates have closed most problems, reopen if 
problem persists.
