Description

Basically, doing everything from the frontend is hella confusing. I'm going to make an honest to god API server so that frontend can worry about using/creating all the data rather than messing up all the view code.

Actionable Items

[ ] Create basic API docs
[ ] Find a way to easily display those API docs
[ ] Write basic API docs as a skeleton and see if they look good with other members
[ ] Begin writing the API
[ ] Introduce Axios to project for simple fetching
