issue with loading ggplot #1

Hi, I am trying to run the code but it seems ggplot is no longer updating and maintaining the code and I constantly got an error AttributeError: module 'pandas' has no attribute 'tslib'.

Can you kindly advise on how to resolve this issue? Thanks.
