Incorrect execution location #44

Addressing changes as of VS Code 1.40. when working in Visual Studio Code Remote Development. The extension is now marketed as UI extension.

Hi it's me again. I really love this extension. Unfortunately it is not well maintained. I offer to help you with development.

@BuethSam Hi, do you still want to maintain this extension? I will continue its development from this year. But I need to release new version of nginx extension first.

Hi, I just finished my Bachelor degree and do now have the time to work on projects like this. I'm still open to become a maintainer.

Hi @BuethSam, I invited you to become collaborator. I am working on other two private VS Code etxension for improving and make them public in the next month. I think I can continue maintain this project on the next month.
