Back buttons etc #7

Back buttons to all extending panels from profile page (Edit profile, new entry, profile patient page from doctor, add patient) Doctor enters patient profile page -> (set separate flag on patient profile panel)

I added the buttons to the panels. Ahanuf is getting them to work.

I got all of the Back buttons to work. Will work on the Doctor's view of the patient page after the patient array works
