New fonts & description HTML file #7

Hi,

I generated the latest fonts with our toolchain after your latest edits. Additionally, I added a file called DESCRIPTION.en_us.html which I need to ask you to fill out.

For that, please first merge this PR, then edit the new HTML file with a few short paragraphs describing your font, to be displayed on fonts.google.com.

As a side-note, please refrain from deleting files in one commit and then adding them back in a second commit. This removes the ability to observe what data changes, because all of it changed twice. You just make one commit, overwriting the existing data. Github can then show the differences between one commit to the next, which is a critical feature.

Now that we're almost done with the font, it's time to look at two addition requirements.

The first is a font classification form and is used for the new filter system on fonts.google.com. Please assign numbers between 0 and 100 where appropriate: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScvQKapFIPcLezWbam1Os7OWWj90txJgXpvBRx7OQ3uHKzwLw/viewform
