Support spatial scale bar #79

When viewing OME-tiff raster images, a spatial scale bar is included. I'm not sure what data uses in the tiff metadata to support this, or if it is possible to include support when using zarr, but should be investigated.

I can have a look into this to find the the pixelsize. But before that, is it possible to just by default enable the bar to show unit in pixel? I think we need to add a new layer?
