Translate: Czech

Here are the English files.  strings.xml contains the text for the app. When 
you see %d in a string it means "a number will be inserted here" and %s means a 
word.

For example "Search results for \'%s\'" will become "Search results for 
'blog'".  If it's not appropriate to 'quote' a term in your language then you 
can remove the \' around %s.

Changes.txt is for the Android Market listing, that way the app can be listed 
in your own language.

You can attach your completed files to this issue.  Let me know if you have any

Any interest in translating changes.txt?  I know it's a lot but it will make it 
a lot easier for non-English speaking users to find GMarks in the Czech version 
of the Android Market.
