Improve readability of Section 1

改进intro第一节的可读性, 更符合中文表达习惯

I may read through the first three section of intro, pull some translating suggestions, and fix several typo error and form error I have found.

可能会浏览中文文档的前三节, 提出一些修改翻译的建议以及改正之前发现的拼写错误和格式问题

@wenjie1991 为了避免一次提交太多修改, 我想先把前三章的修改作为独立的PR提交 麻烦您有空的时候检查一下, 毕竟翻译工作我的意见也可能有不合适的地方
