Remove superstitious parentheses from examples #201

I just noticed while updating the Dutch version, that there are a number of superstitious parentheses in examples. Since I was not sure whether these were intentional or not, I decided to put them into a PR. So, if they were intentional, then please just close. Otherwise, merge! :-)
