When switching to other page, the packet capture is lost #6

Current implementation of the codes has carried over the scheduler service, but not the scheduled futures in which both the packet capture or the tableview.

Currently working on overhauling the internal controller codes to for consistent capture process across all screens of admin app

Handled UI Info updating on screens, will close this issue when deemed stable

Capture transfer between screens is stable as tested on commit b005b6d
