HeartbeatAudioDetector does not actually work #145

The clipTime is set to 300 ms. This means that multiple beats in a second will be counted as one. Thus, the app can detect at most 3-4 beats per second!

This is designed to consider that human heart rate usually won't exceed 300 beats per minutes. Thus setting clipTime to 300ms will be sufficient in this scenario.
