Overall, myWin2.2 runs fine. At the time we added it to WZ, we disabled 8 keys
(since they were not needed for the help keyboard). In order to remain true to
the original keyboard, we'll have to re-enable these.
Can't set this for 1.8, since enabling them would really confuse people with
the help keyboard. We need a way of dynamically enabling/disabling highlighted
key regions for the help keyboard.
In other words, "." should work in myWin 2.2, but NOT when it's being used as a
help keyboard. Highlights and key labels should also reflect this.
