Hypothesis: We are losing leads from a landing page when they need to OAuth.
Experiment: Add a lead collection form on the website to collect user info before OAuth. The user flow would then be:
Metrics: Marketing lead form conversion rate (landing page visit --> lead form complete) New user conversion rate (leads --> user)
Scoring (out of 5): 3 - Probability 4 - Impact 3 - Ease (requires dev for product signup form) 4 - Reach
