We created a fork of ACMG-CH4/geos-chem and will be using HISTORY.rc instead of ND51 to save out hourly output.

We set "Use non-local PBL?" to F in input.geos. Although we did not determine an effect on the Geos-Chem output, in earlier studies, having this set to T has caused issues with mass conversation.
