Cannot choose any resolution other than 800x600. No dialogue box with resolution choice opens. #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click webcam configure button.
2.Box with Test Webcam button opens, but no box with res options.
3.Only records screenshots in 800x600 res, despite 1080I webcam.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No dialogue box for resolution options. Would like to see one.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 
Chronolapse 1.0.7 on Toshiba laptop running Windows 8, with Logitech c615 
webcam.

Please provide any additional information below.
