When deleting nodes this way Onotoa does not display the "Save" disc symbol as
active / clickable. It does not seem to notice when a node has been deleted.

Trying to directly delete a node with "no role" leads to no change and a
NullPointerException. Only way to delete is trying to delete the parent node
which leads to the above described behaviour

Same problem of Ontopia not recognizing updates of Topic Map happens when
deleting Association Types from Model View.
