Creating new diagrams creates a double entry in the model view #202

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Proceed to model view
2. Create new diagram or domain diagram
3.

What is the expected output?
One new diagram of the selected type should be created

What do you see instead?
Double entry is created

What version of the product are you using?
20101118 x64 beta

On what operating system?
10.6.4

How often does it happen? Could you add the .log file.
