Double entry in context menu

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a topic
2. create a name constraint
3. right-click the name in the domain diagram

What is the expected output?
There should be one entry for each possible choice.

What do you see instead?
There are two entries for "Delete from model"

What version of the product are you using?
1.2.0 beta

On what operating system?
GNU/Linux 2-6-35 amd64
