Diagram does not always reflect the deletion of a "kind of" relation #205

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create two topics
2. create a "kind of"-relation between them
3. delete the relation from the model

What is the expected output?
The line should disappear.

What do you see instead?
It remains in place.

What version of the product are you using?
1.2.0 beta

On what operating system?
GNU/Linux 2-6-35 amd64
