Closing the whole File #214

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.chosing "New File" after editing a diagram > the question for saving the old 
file appears
2.klick yes, the saving-window appears
3.klick cancel, the now unsaved File disapears.

What is the expected output?

the file stays and no new file will be created

What do you see instead?

a new file

What version of the product are you using?

1,2 standalone

On what operating system?

windows 7 32bit

Won't fix. If the user does not want to save the file it is her choice.
