Ability to asign or select a color for Topics #233

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When designing a diagram
2. For any Topic
3. The topic color

What is the expected output?
- I would like to be able to change the topic color.  Ideally each ontology 
(application, process, resource) would have its color and all the topics of a 
specific ontology would inherit its color.

What do you see instead?
- Not able to select a color.

What version of the product are you using?
1.2.0

On what operating system?
XP
