Provide solutions for data exploration tutorial

Background:

• Not all of the solutions in the tutorial for data exploration in R are available on the slide deck.

Deliverable:

• a pull request w/ an updated slide deck which contains the solutions to exercises on slides following the particular question
• needs to be formatted well, i.e., the presentation should properly render and display the solutions in a presentable format

How to get started:

• Fork and clone this repos
• Navigate to the slide deck (link above) on your local PC
• Open it in RStudio and try to run/render it
• Then, gradually make your changes.
• Commit and push your changes
• Then, contribute your changes as a pull request to this repository.
