updating the IDE from Spyder to Visual Studio Code (web scraping 101 tutorial)

In the current version of my tutorial, I introduce students to using SPYDER (last section of this file).

Deliverable:

• Please replace the text (Spyder) and all relevant images and descriptions so that the new version only contains instructions for VISUAL STUDIO CODE.
• Contribute this update as a PR

How to get started:

• Familiarize yourself w/ running python and Jupyter Notebooks in VS Code
• Read how to contribute to open source projects
• Try to understand how to include screenshots into Jupyter Notebooks (you will have to make new screenshots to solve this PR)
