Does this do anything other than enable 3D sound? It seems pretty easy to set up, I don't think it needs to be included with VanillaFixes (I only included DXVK because it improves performance).

On hifi stereo I didn't notice any difference. Maybe it will be on 5.1. It redirects sound through openal, this may be useful in the future if there are problems with directSound I suggested this just for consideration, to have everything you need in one package.
