Force LTR on user-header #208

In order to avoid having hannes@ instead of @hannes. Do not force LTR direction on input box (queet-box).

P.S. another solution is to add an ‎ tag before @, but I fear users would copy&paste it in notice and they would be short in a character, which is invisible.

After seeing in profile-header-inner-overlay this: @user עוקב/ת אחריך (Hebrew), which, in LTR stand point, is follows you @user (reversed), instead of עוקב/ת אחריך @user, I think it would be better to insert ‎ before @, and not forcing LTR direction on both of profile-header-inner-overlay boxes.
