When including a YouTube link with a time index, the url included in a notice has the time index information. The image drawn from YouTube that is also included provides a link to the beginning of the linked to YouTube clip and does not honour the time index.
For an example, look at https://quitter.se/notice/4018208. The text link does go to the desired time index. Clicking on the image starts at the beginning of the clip.
