Fatal error before kernel init

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install BinDiff 4.1
2. Run idaq64.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
error "Fatal error before kernel init" on load of IDA (same error as 
https://code.google.com/p/zynamics/issues/detail?id=30&can=1&colspec=ID%20Produc
t%20Type%20Status%20Priority%20Milestone%20Owner%20Summary)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IDA 6.6 x64 -- bindiff410-win-x86.msi

Please provide any additional information below.

BinDiff 4.2 has been released that includes a fix.
