runtests.yml: Ignore failures from Python version "3.12-dev" #80

For proof of the effect see https://github.com/hartwork/snallygaster/actions/runs/4727528886 . I'm not 100% sure though how "complete" the effect will be after merging, e.g. this very pull request is marked as red while the related action is green :thinking:

I would rather prefer getting the issues fixed quickly that lead to the failing test: https://github.com/pylint-dev/pylint/issues/8588

@hannob that's only the symptom, the messenger, the cause is running experimental things in CI while having a need for CI to stay green. Alright, your call, closing.
