Note to all interested parties (mostly intended for future me): CI breaks because https://github.com/nrf-rs/nrf52-hal/pull/43 is not merged and released yet. This PR is blocked until that's the case.

https://github.com/nrf-rs/nrf52-hal/pull/43 is now merged. Restarted the Travis build, let's see what comes of that.

@jamesmunns I'm starting to prepare for the initial crates.io release now. I'm not sure when that will happen, as I haven't decided which issues to close first, but if you want this pull request to be included, it needs to be merged soon-ish.
