Add bindKey and MQTT options to the config UI #129

This adds bindKey and MQTT to the config UI, not only allowing them to be edited but also preventing the settings from being deleted if the configuration is modified from the UI.

I added bindKey as a top level after the mac address and MQTT as a new section.
